Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Standard UK delivery
Delivered within 3 to 5 working days to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day.
Express delivery
Next-day or 48-hour express options are available at checkout on most products. Cut-off for next-day is 1pm. Saturday delivery is available on request for an additional fee.
Free delivery over £50
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50 excluding VAT. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Click & Collect
Order online and collect the same day from our Morecambe depot at 14b Major Industrial Estate, Middleton Road, LA3 3NT. Collection orders are usually ready within 2 hours.
Delivery areas
We deliver to addresses across England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are subject to additional carriage — please contact us for a quote.
Packaging
Case-quantity products are delivered in their original trade packaging. Mixed orders are consolidated on pallets where appropriate. All breakable lines are wrapped and marked as fragile.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view order status in your account under Orders.
