These terms govern your use of ecscashandcarry.co.uk (the "Website") and the purchase of products from ECS Cash & Carry Ltd ("we", "us", the "Company"). By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and contract formation

Tobacco products, rolling papers and certain other items are restricted to customers aged 18 or over. You confirm that you meet the legal age when ordering. We may refuse to supply where we reasonably believe the purchaser is underage.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
